TeamSpeak 3 client identity resets by itself...

So I have been running Linux for a couple of months, so far not disappointed. but there is one thing that bugs me...

every single time I launch / re-launch my TS3 Client my identities are reset as if I never used my client...
maybe I am missing the identity database file and it doesn't create it or something like that...

Are you sure that the user (not root!!!!) is able to write in the dir ....username/home/.ts3client ?
Or maybe the file is broken? ts3clientui_qt.secrets.conf should be there and should be readable with any editor.
