Hello,

at first i love your Theme great job!

but i have a suggestion.

atm there is no different icon for being "on other teamspeak" (it has the same icon as muted)

different icon (maybe also other color) for the status "on other teamspeak" would be great

because i personally look more on my self which status i have then as i look on the "whole" teamspeak client.

Are you running the newest version from the first thread comment? What operating system are you using (not that should have anything to do with this, but you never know)?

Hello everyone,

following you will find my interpretation of a dark design for TeamSpeak. Being an owner of a multi monitor system I always felt annoyed by this big pearly-white spot disturbing my nightly gaming session, which finally forced my hand. Most areas of TeamSpeak should be covered. Still, there might be some spots left I missed. Or some settings are just not suitable for daily use. Hit me up if you found bugs, have suggestions, etc.

The design was created with following Design settings:

Style: System Default

and comes with a unique icon set, fitting the dark theme.

Please report any bugs or design flaws you encounter, as well as feature wishes.

Please note: I am using Windows 10 as an Operating System with a custom colour scheme, which affects the appearance of the TeamSpeak title bar. Using a different Operating System, or a different colour scheme may change the overall look of the TeamSpeak title bar.

Considerable changes (v 1.0.1.7): Art style of existing icons changed. Added missing icons. Icon pack complete..

Considerable changes (v 1.0.1.3): If you want to use the extended .tpl versions, navigate to "TeamSpeak 3 Client\styles\DarkenTS\_Extended", copy and paste all .tpl's into the style root folder. Additionally you can backup all .tpl's into the _Default folder.

Considerable changes (v 1.0.1.1): By request of Deireadh and monkyyx I added the option for TabBar borders and ScrollBar buttons. Per default those options are disabled. For more information read the changelog in DarkenTS.qss.

Note: TabBar borders is set up as example. Customisation to fit the theme or your own liking is needed.

Nothing easier than that. :-)

1) Click the v1.0.1.9 download link in my first thread comment.
2) Now you choose the option Open with "TeamSpeak 3 Package Installer" in the window that opened after you clicked the link, hit OK, push Install in the next window, and restart TeamSpeak if you have it opened.

OR

Choose the option Save File, hit OK, open the folder where you downloaded the file, double click "DarkenTSv1.0.1.9.ts3_style", click on Install, and restart TeamSpeak if you have it opened.

With that said: I pushed an update with this comment. You can find the full changelog as usual in DarkenTS.qss.

Now to your problem. I assume you are talking about the green colour of the title bar, while yours is white? If yes, white is the "out of focus" colour, while green is (my personal) "focus" colour.

You can change the accent colour in: Settings -> Personalisation -> Colours. Make also sure to enable the option "Show colour on title bar" below the Accent colour picker.

I really like the icons in your theme. However, I prefer light backgrounds (macOS user here).
Any chance that you release the icon pack for lighter themes?

Hey Brady,

i'm using the Beta TS3 Client in the moment (Version:3.1 [Beta])

i saw that the Country flags are now missing in your skin (tested it with the default ts3 skin and the flags are available there)

I use your skin with extended info.

My system is Windows 10

i found out as soon as i dont use your icon pack the country flags are back

Thank you for the report. I'll have a look.

Edit: It looks like some interesting changes are coming with the current beta version. Amongst others community made addons were moved from %TeamSpeak 3 Client% to C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client.

This breaks currently the display of country flags if you use any custom icon pack, because TeamSpeak searches for the country flags in the new location, but can't find them.

To (hot-)fix this, you simply have to copy countries.zip from %TeamSpeak 3 Client%\gfx to C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\gfx. Restart your TeamSpeak client if needed.

I am sure, though, that the TeamSpeak dev team will take care of this before the current beta version hits the stable branch. :-)

I totally love your theme. It's already some years that when i find a way to "Save the eyes" i immediatly opt for it. I found in past some themes but they weren't update, or they weren't anything special, so i managed to do something least bad but meh... Your theme is fantastic! Thanks a lot!

Anyway i had to select "Show colour in the status bar" or whatever it's called this option in english. I don't know why it was disabled.
