Instructions say:
B) Start the included TeamSpeak SDK Server
(1) Open the SDK_Server_Win32 in Windows Explorer
The SDK_Server_Win32 directory is not contained within the TeamSpeak SDK unity package.
Version: 3.0.3.2_2016_02_16
Cuold be that the server got lost with the latest version :/
We will fix this with the next update.
You need to build your own server till this is fixed.

This was resolved already.
Server and client can be found under Example\SDK_Binaries_Win32
