    Server not working

My friends and I play video games, and skype doesn't cut it for us. I have a good computer so I decided to host our teamspeak server. I forwarded 9987, 10011, and 30033 ports. I set a static ip and did everything right I should have. I followed this video mostly, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSHZN9dugmI I have 4 main friends I play with, and only one can join on my ip. The other 3 and my phone's teamspeak cannot join. I am currently in it with the localhost ip. I would love help onto making this work as I would love to get my server up and running!

    More info

I can randomly join with the ip of the server and same with the friend who is able to join. I join with the ip and a few minutes later it kicks me with "Connection Lost". My friend can sparsely join ad it doesn't kick him. Please help me!

If you run TeamSpeak server on your local machine,
you need to disable the firewall or BETTER you
should add the TeamSepak server app as an exception.

    Why this is needed?

Your server is useing ports which were blocked normaly from your firewall.

    Try this...
