Strange Problem with Speakers / Headphones disabled

Recently I have a strange phenomenon. When I am in Teamspeak (my own Server), and when I start talking (Voice activation), the light works and I transmit what I am saying. But as soon as I stop talking, the icon goes with that strike through headphones, and under my avatar on the right it says Speakers / Headphones disabled. I never had that before, and it doesnt make sense for me. Why would it go away ? The settings on Capture and Playback look normal. Uses my headset as playback and also for recording device. Whats the issue here ? I never had that before. Did anyone else came across that before ?

    It isn't that strange.
This is the normal behavior in the client when
    - there is no playback device setup / or could not be found
    - there is no playback profile selected in your bookmark.
