I get the "Unable to find valid license key" bit, but that shouldn't be a problem, as far as I understand. I also get the following, though:

ERROR |ServerLibPriv | |Server() error while starting servermanager, error: instance check error

I see that others have had the same problem, but I've yet to find any solutions.

Perhaps this also helps: I tried deleting the TS3 server directory and reinstalling the server; when I launch the program, I get the usual window with the login name and password - but there's nothing under server admin token. Is this normal?

Update to my problem:
With the new version 3.0.13.6 my server is working again....

Okay here we go. Since i had a running Server until this morning i just remembered all my steps i did until i recognized when the Server stopped working.

I have updated some for TS3 irrelevant stuff and went for my normal PC (Server runs on HDMI and my PC on DVI nvm) when ich finished on my PC i went back to my Server PC and it was in the login screen of windows so what i do think, is that there is a problem with the handling on user on forced logout, since i think the software is going for the memory to check for mutiple instances of the server.

Can there be a bug with that?

EDIT: the logoff to the Windows Loginscreen happend while the Server was started since i run it as service.

2nd EDIT: Solution for me was now running Ccleaner with this settings :

after running CCleaner for Windows and the registry i did a complete shutdown of windows (holding Shift while pressing shutdown) after that my server started normal again.

Hello,

Everything worked fine and I get this error again ....

Moving the server on another hard drive does not change anything, reboot computer don't help me, would you have any idea?

edit: user full access, ts3 server launch with administrator right, make two reboot, i have take a new install on different hard drive = same...

Hello,
First I must say iam from Germany cause that sry for my maybe bad English.
I have a little Problem. When I start my Server i cant join over the "IP" localhost and also not over my external IP and also not over my DynDNS IP.
Now i need Help cause I dint did anything I reinstalled Windows yesterday and today i Startet my PC and wanted to start the Server and then
this happend what I explained before. Btw when someone want to ask i did nothing on my Firewall.
When someone knows a anwser to this Problem please give me your anwser.

You have all the necessary information so how to fix the problem?

My server worked fine for several months

This is out of context. I wrote this before I saw the log and another moderator merged this thread.
We don't have an useful information to fix this.

This is still the situation for us (see post of this thread)

Also mein Workaround geht hatte wieder den Instance Check Error nachdem der User in den Idle Logoff gegangen ist.

My workaround which worked for me, now for 2 times.

What i did now i ran CCleaner terminated the teamspeak 3 server.exe logged my user off and in the login screen i did a shut down of my machine while holding shift and voila after that my server started again. see post #65

all related to Windows 10.

I've been trying to setup a TeamSpeak 3 server with Windows Server 2012 R2, and everytime i attempt to start the server (fresh install) nothing shows up in the Server Admin Token, and then the server is just unjoinable. I only seem to have this problem in Windows Server 2012 R2, because it worked fine with 2008 R2 but i don't want to use the 2008 version of Windows Server.
