Updated teamspeak and all my book marks are gone. any way to get them back or am I screwed.

How did you update?
Check path %appdat%/TS3Client or C:\Program Files\TeamSpeak 3 Client\configfor the settings.db file.
If both have a file, then one is new empty and the other one is the old filled with settings and bookmarks.
The same thing counts for the ts3clientui_qt.secrets.conf.
