I can not change Server Admin Permissions. Why not?

Okay, so I had a Teamspeak server but I accidently deleted the Server Admin so I had to reset. Now, I have a brand new server but I can not change the Server Admin commands. I can not even change the tag (display "Admin" before name) without it giving me a pop-up and not allowing me to change it. I have never had this problem before. Am I logging into the server wrong? I have server Admin but I can not edit the Permissions. Thank you in advance!

You do not have the permissions to modify a permission or a group or you are in the wrong dialog.

Please tell us an error when you try to edit a permission.
Show us a permission overview (right click yourself)
Tell us the permission or permissions, that do not work (could be that 1 permission will be enough to fix all others).
