I want to create two channels in server, but if I will do it, previous channel will removed (I used flushChannelCreation).
How to avoid?

You created a temporary channel. Temporary channels are removed by the server automatically as soon as the last user in that channel leaves the channel. Creating a new temporary channel moves your user to the new channel, so the previous temporary channel becomes empty and is removed by the server.
Solution: create semi-permanent (removed at server restart) or permanent channels.
The tool creates a temporary channel only. And it leaves the old channel, when it creates a new one.
Now the temporary get's deleted due it is empty.
You need to create a semi-permanet or permanent channel to get this solved.
