Giving a user access to a channel

*facepalm* Maybe I'm not getting the gist of this.

I create a talk channel called "Raiders" for people who consistently raid. I give it join permission level 10.

My normal users don't see this channel (guessing it's because it's level 10). Now I want to give Fred, a normal user access to that channel. I know this should be simple, but just can't find it. Am I missing something? (I mean besides a few marbles?)

    Thanks much!

You need to assign Fred the permission i_channel_join_power with a value of 10 as a channel-client permission in that channel.
The advanced permission system must be enabled for this.
