TS3 server log entries not correctly formatted on Windows

I recently updated my ts3 server to the latest build , and the logs it generates since that update have been made virtually unreadable they are a complete mess ,Can this be addressed in the next release ? also the time of entries in the logs are 1 hr slower than the time set on the box it is running on for some reason both these issues are present when viewing the log files as .txt files in notepad

Hi, since updating my server to the latest version 3.0.12.4 The server log files have been seriously screwed up

Before this update the txt logs would display in notepad

Server 3.0.12.4 txt and server log in client looks good (Windows, Linux & FreeBSD).
The content is the same and readable compared to server 3.0.11.4.

Please sned us a prove of your messed logs and tell us your operation system.
And are you sure that your system does support UTF8 at all?
Then please download the server package again and overwrite your current server. Maybe something got messed up here on your machine.

The thing with the 1 hours is no bug. The logs are printed in UTC.

I can reproduce it now in Windows XP Notepad and Windows 7,8,10 Editor.
I will report that to the server developers.

You can use Notepad++ to get a readable logfile till we fixed the problem.

    For tech details:
The carriage return (short CR) at the end of each line is missing and Windows default programs do need it.

In my notes, this bug was introduced in 3.0.12 already. I do think I reported it to a staff member back then. Along with that, the log had a UTF-8 BOM added, but the content was still ASCII. The latter was fixed in 3.0.12.1, so I thought both of the issues got fixed.
