Problems combining teamspeak server with vestaCP

    Hello,

I'm pretty new to linux, I used my ubuntu server as a teamspeak server but now I want to combine it with VestaCP.
The problem is as soon that I install VestaCP, I can't connect to my Teamspeak server anymore.

Can someone explain me why this happens and if it's possible to fix?

    Regards,
    Raudshow

VestaCP should always be setup on a new install of a system firstly, but I've never experienced too many issues ;P

Have you opened the ports on your control panel's firewall? That should be the only issue stopping Teamspeak from running in conjunction with Vesta.

Teamspeaks default ports are as seen below
Default voice port (UDP in): 9987
Default filetransfer port (TCP in): 30033
Default serverquery port (TCP in): 10011
Default tsdns port (TCP in): 41144
Default weblist port (UDP out): 2011-2110 (first available port in given range)
    source

    edit:
if you want to install vesta without IPTables rerun the installation command with bash vst-install.sh --iptables no and then remove it with your systems uninstall command
