    VPN issue.

Sorry if this has been dealt with before, I was unable to find a precise answer when searching. My issue is that when my VPN is activated, certain users are unable to join my self-hosted server. The VPN I am using is PIA with the following settings:

    Connection Type: udp
    Remote Port: auto
    Local Port: N/A
Port Forwarding: Disabled (Do I need to enable this?)
Both DNS and IPv6 Leak Protection are enabled.

Edit: After reviewing several more threads it would seem "Use of VPN is not supported", but it's not clear whether that includes hosting as well as connecting, or solely connecting. If it does include hosting, I would appreciate a quick explanation why or a citation to where I can discover that information myself.

    Additional information:

    Server version: 3.0.11
    OS version: Windows 10 Pro
    Direct X: 12
Error message on client log: 5/18/2016 22:34:20 ClientUI Info Failed to connect to server, want autoreconnect = 0 (There may be other variants)
Error message on server log: N/A (As far as I know)

A user that is normally unable to connect whenever the VPN is up was able to connect for a single time, so I would assume that means the issue is not entirely on his side. Similarly, another user that is normally able to connect is rarely unable to.

As for fixing the issue, I cannot confirm whether anything I have down was effective or ineffective for all users, so I'll refrain from detailing.

    I suppose it is this.
Your VPN intrude into a network stack and block incoming connections.

I disabled them both, but those I had on hand to test with were still unable to connect. Nevertheless, thank you for the suggestion.

Hi, PIA is a good VPN but there are lot of VPNs which are not compatible with Teamspeak. I recommend you to try it with any other VPN. From here you can find the VPNs - https://www.bestvpnprovider.com/.

probably will not get any 'official' help because your running an old version of server.
    latest is 3.0.13.6
