    question

    Does anybody know why some people on my TS3 server can't see the host banner and others can ?

    I think that this has to do with the permission b_virtualserver_info_view being unticked at a server group.

    Nah, I just think the image is unavailable now and some people still have it cached.

    Yeah I think what numma said is correct. I've had this issue in the past as well.
