    Edited:
I am unsure when exactly this stopped working. I updated my server to 3.0.12.4 the other night but this may have stopped working before that. I have also attempted to strip down my tsdns_settings.ini from a once working 41 line of edits to just "*=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:$PORT"(removed real ip. I always leave an extra enter/gap at the bottom also). This did not seem to help.

Your error could mean, a needed CPU feature does not exist.

    Are all updates installed?
    Which server version is this?
What CPU is your VM using?

The server is pending a reboot for latest windows updates but all is updated. I am unsure what more you are requesting that is not indicated in my original post.

ESXI on an HP Proliant... I can grab the exact version if needed but...

I don't know what CPU "Intel64 Family 6 Model 15 Stepping 7 GenuineIntel ~2333 Mhz" is and Google did not find any exact result for this.
I wanted to check if the CPU features SSE and SSE2 do exist on this CPU. The server would not run without, but it's better to check everything.
