[Windows 10] Bluetooth headset working ok but stops audio and mic when in game

    Hi everyone,

I have a Bose on-ear bluetooth headset with a CSL v4.0 bluetooth adapter on my computer. I've been doing the pairing and everything works ok. When I open teamspeak (last version) I can hear otherpeople as well as speak, only thing is if I'm entering a game (in this case Overwatch) all the audio and mic from teamspeak stops, if I exit the game the audio and mic comes back. I guess it should be only a problem of settings?

    Thanks in advance

What is in your client log?
Which settings capture settings and default communication device is selected on Windows?
Which capture device is selected in TeamSpeak and in overwatch?

I think overreach does switch the default communication device and this will also switch the device on TeamSpeak, when default is selected in your capture profile.

    Thought the same.
I put 2 attachments with the pictures of the setting of Teamspeak. You will see invalid because right now they are not connected. Also here you can find the options of Overwatch (http://overwatch.blizzplanet.com/wp-...-33-59-000.jpg). My friend is playing with a wired headset and had to change nothing to make it work.

Quoted myself here, because this is important.

Maybe your device isn't available, when game has sstarted
Maybe it's renamed or cconnected in different mode + device id.

Is this what are you looking for? Also now, it is weird because even if I try to register my voice thought the mic (using windows app) everything is getting louder and full of strange noises and you cannot hear any words only loud noises. Before it wasn't like this so probably I messed with my setting and now the mic is acting weird. Still if this is not the log you are looking for please tell me.

    Thanks

Your device gets disconnected (or the client can not find it) several times.

Maybe the bluetooth devices does not get enough power when you play the game and disconnects for a moment.
And this repeats. It's known that this is ssomething the client does not like (can handle) if this repeats often.

I don't know what you have changed. Can't say anything to that.

Ok I've changed the usb port from behind the pc to the front ones and now the mic works again in the tests. This is the new log so maybe there are more news. Otherwise it is like this and I have to go for a wired connection?
    Thanks

Hmm.... the log still shows disconencted devices even after you have disconnected.

    Hi again.
It seems like I was able to solve the problem by disabling all the devices under "Audio" tab apart from the headset. By doing that (after giving the admin permissions to Ts3) I was able to have both audio and mic into the headset including the audio game, also there were some changes to be made to the Realtek controller like splitting the audio input into separate channels, although I didn't try to do all the testing due to time limitations, I will further experiment.
I've also found out in another post here (http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/9...ng-TeamSpeak-3) that right now is not possible to use the Stereo-profile with mic together, so it is possible to pair the BT headset on Stereo-profile while using and external mic, achieving high quality audio on the headset while recording on the external mic?

    Many thanks
