%client_nickname% Not Displaying the name Any help?

%client_nickname% Not Displaying the name Any help?
I use a Bot to spam a message to a channel, example:
    Welcome %client_nickname% to TeamSpeak!
Where the "%client_nickname%" is thought it would display that persons name as their name %client_nickname% = Jay.
    Thank you,
    Jay

This only works client info dialog and is theme based.

You need to send a client url (URL=client....)
Please take Click and hold your any nickname. Now drag and drop the nickname into the chat console (where you type a message) to see what I'm talking about.

You use the bot for spam? not cool for all users in that channel, if you realy mean spam.
When sending me private messages: Please make sure to include reference link to your forum thread or post.

It spams a message to warn that they "client" has 90 to find a channel and basic rules. It's the lobby also spams important information. Hope you still have hair left.
    Thank you for the help.
