    Unable to Connect To Query

OK So I am using Putty to try to connect to my teamspeak console. I've tried doing it before, and I've done it successfully in the past with other teamspeak servers. However, when I try connecting to my Teamspeak server's console it says "Connection timed out". This is what I enter into Putty before connecting: http://prntscr.com/bhrugy . And here is the message it gives me afterwards: http://prntscr.com/bhrunw . I've done it successfully in the past using the same steps, for example here: http://prntscr.com/bhrutx (Same exact things in the Putty software, just a different Teamspeak IP). Any help guys?

It has been rejected because port 10011 is not open on your entered address.
You may try your IP and the port again or please contact your hoster for the right address or Query port.
