How can I start it with all plugins disabled?

And yes, I cant get into the addons section. If I remove it manually my Teamspeak³ starts, but PyTSon isnt listed until it installes itself. But once this happens, my TS crashes and isnt startable anymore

Append "-safemode" as parameter.

My Teamspeak³ client still doesnt start and crashes immediately.
But Im now getting an error

The only other way which comes to my mind is to disable pyTSon in the settings.db (%APPDATA%/TS3Client/settings.db I guess, no Windows here) with sql or a sqlite tool, start the client and then uninstall it.
