Im also having this problem, server shutsdown, no error on log, technicly it is still running (via top -c) but its not responding on the voice port or on server query.
The ports are also listening on netstat -ano but the teamspeak server does not respond(you can connecto to 10011 with putty but there is no welcome message and the server dosent respond to commands, after some time you get this http://prntscr.com/c3lexx), looks like it freezes

    same problem

Same problem here. No error output. Process keeps running but the instance does not accept any queries.
Only a restart helps for a while.

The server actually sends "Connection refused".
Here is a dump of the TCP traffic on the query port.

It could be that there is a problem. We are evaluating this at the moment.
I have questions and collect informations for the developers (even if some questions were answered already).

    1. How many user are online, when this happens?
    2. Does the server really shutdown or do users just timeout and can't reconnect?
    3. What is server is server log 0 and 1 (or 2, 3, 5 ...) printing before this happens?
    4. Does this happen to all servers in the instance ur is it just a single one?
    5. Do you have to restart the whole server instance to get the server working again?
    6. Are you using our MariaDB plugin from redist folder?
    7. On which operation system (+ x64 /x86) and version number is the server running?
    8. How many virtual servers are running in the server instance
    9. (If you have more than 1 instance running) Are these instances using the same DB via machineID parameter?

    1. I saw it happen at 20+ but there is no specific user count as far as i can see
    2. I see no users timeout on the logs(i see random user connection lost, but not all of them so i guess its their connection and not the server itself), it looks like it freezes and when they drop from the server the server and log is not responding anymore
    3. Nothing specific, the last thing i have on log (the one with id 0, "master log" i guess) is server query login, no errors/crash messages or such
    4. All servers go down, can't connect to servers or to server query until full ts3 rest
    5. Yap, stop everything and start it again
    6. Tried with it and sqlite, problem happens on both
    7. CentOS release 6.8 64 bits
    8. Only one instance, havent changed that machineID parameter

Hope other users can complete/give more information to help your devs solving this

    1. How many user are online, when this happens?
About 120 servers with about 250 clients. Usually a bit more but with the ongoing crashes they dont get that full anymore.

    2. Does the server really shutdown or do users just timeout and can't reconnect?
The server process is still running. I dont know about the state of the UDP connections. The TCP query port refuses any connections.

    3. What is server is server log 0 and 1 (or 2, 3, 5 ...) printing before this happens?
The server log does show nothing unusual at all. No errors, no warnings

    4. Does this happen to all servers in the instance ur is it just a single one?
This happens mainly to the query port. So all servers are affected.

    5. Do you have to restart the whole server instance to get the server working again?
We have to restart the whole instance.

    6. Are you using our MariaDB plugin from redist folder?
Yes, the .so from the redist foler. Without it we had segmentation faults (old mysql lib).

    7. On which operation system (+ x64 /x86) and version number is the server running?
    Debian Jessie x64

    8. How many virtual servers are running in the server instance
    120

    9. (If you have more than 1 instance running) Are these instances using the same DB via machineID parameter?
Every instance (5) has its own database.

PS: We are back on 3.0.12.4 for now. Crashes stopped.

    The very same problem:

TS-server running for some time, then kicks everyone and stops accepting connections. I have to go to server, re-start TS-server, and then it works for some time. Either bug, or someone found a way to kick TS-server down. Very annoying. I think I will go back to 3.0.12...

Everyone that is having this problem on a 64 bit linux system, please use the "gcore" program to create a core dump of the ts3server program while one or more of the virtual servers are unresponsive, and make that available to us please. Hopefully this helps us find the problem quickly.

I have no "gcore" on my systems (Ubuntu 14.04/16.04) and "apt" can not find it...
