When you click on "Add Addon" (I'm talking about www.myteamspeak.com) and leave the New Addon page without editing anything you will create a empty Addon.
The Addon should not be created until you click "Save" - to prevent empty Addons floating everywhere.

EDIT: Also can anyone tell me how long does it take to get from the "REVIEW" status to puplished? And can I help making the REVIEWing faster?

An empty Addon is a wanted behavior when you press 'Add Addon'.
This adds an empty template which will be saved into your account.
Save and Cancel only will be used for your added stuff.
I must admit I never saw such behavior before and was confused too, when I realized I had some empty Addons added.
Again, this will be forwarded to the people who decide.
I can't say anything to the review of addons. I'm sure the right person will read it later today or tomorrow.

Is there wa way I could make this a Megathread where I could post Suggestions and Feedback? I don't want to spam the Forum with new Threads.
Also, could the [spoiler] tag be addet to the BBCode list? This tag would be perfect for the giant images.
