    No Verification E-Mail for My Teamspeak

    I registered for the Service on the Day the Update came out over Teamspeak but I still didnīt get a verification E-Mail. I also tried to receive a new E-Mail but that also didnīt work.

    Could it have to do with the Mail Provider AOL.de ?

    Please try again, should work now without problems.
    We had to shutdown the service for a while to fix problems, on the day when the beta was released.

    When you do not recieve your activation E-Mail:

    • Check your Spam folder first.
    • Then please wait 10-20 minutes and check for new E-Mails. The depends from provider to provider and the daytime.
    • https://www.myteamspeak.com/activate/resend
    • Try to add [email protected] as a contact into your mail account if steps above did not help and then request to resend the mail.



    Hint: The forum and myTeamSpeak service do use different services to send mails.

    Mails should arrive much faster now.
    We changed settings in our myTeamSpeak e-mail service.

    Feedback from the community would be nice

    Try another mail provider to register your account.
    It could be that your email provider blocks the external service we use to send you emails for myTeamSpeak.

    You can have the email resent here

    If you're using Microsoft Mail (Outlook, Live, Hotmail) and not receiving myTeamSpeak related email, a workaround may be to create a contact in your mail web interface with the [email protected] email address. Once done you can have the email resent and it should arrive. Several users already confirmed this workaround to be working.

    It is different from any provider . It can sometimes take even hours to the email in the mailbox appear

    I had to wait 15 minutes are included mail, hehe, but I registered okay, thank you !

    The issue is by the time I eventually get the email to verify, the verification is too old...repeating the process again.

    No verification email

    Hi,
    I did not want to hijack some other user's thread who apparently has the same problem. I already tried to resend the activation eMail multiple times and I've been doing this since yesterday. I've waited several hours, checked spam folders, ... I'm running out of things to do.
    Please help.

    What is your e-mail address? (send it to me in a private message)

    I also don't get any mail at this moment when I use web.de . Maybe they flagged us as spam :/
    You may use another e-mail provider.

    Web.de now does receive myTeamSpeak mails again.
    I just did test it some minutes ago.

    Thanks for the update.

    For future use / other users running into a similar problem: I went ahead and used my iCloud email - no problems there.

    Unable to activate TS3 account

    Have not recevied the activation key email. have asked repeatedly to have it resent with no luck. How do I activate my account?

    When do i get my email?

    i registered an hour ago and still did not get the verification email!

    I am using Google Mail.
