you connects with ip or dns?
there should be no problem and diffrence between pc and laptop
there is something blocking your connection

can you connect to others ts servers on your labtop?

I tried with the local ip and my public ip, nothing worked. And I can connect to every public server with my laptop.

I think it's the server, because my mobile teamspeak client don't connect too.

    Hey,

be sure your Firewall is configured correctly, for Testing you can disable it.

Do you have a screenshot of the fritz.box forwarding rule?

It has to be Incoming 9987 to 9987 gets forwardet to [LOCAL_IP_WITH_TS_INSTALLED] on port 9987 with protocoll UDP

if you want to use server query from outside your LAN you have to do the same with TCP and port 10011, Filetransfer is also TCP with port 30033.
