Clients unable to connect to server outside of local network

    Greetings,

I have been running a Teamspeak server for a long time, and never had a problem with the port forwarding or other issues, however after last night, clients from outside my home network can no longer connect to the server. The server has several DNS records pointing to it, the most commonly used being 'sadirmenetal.ddns.net', however 'chat.the-funeral-parlour.com' and '5ec330ae.skybroadband.com' also point to the same IP address which is '94.195.48.174'. All other servers hosted on the same machine are still working, including a web server, DNS server, XMPP server and FTP server. The machine is running Windows 7 professional as the OS. I have verified that the correct ports are forwarded in both my local Windows firewall, as well as the router firewall, and both reapplied the forwarding, and tested the server with the both firewalls, as well as antivirus software temporarily disabled. However, even in such a setup, connections from outside of my local network still fail to connect to the server. Using nmap shows that the appropriate ports are indeed open on my server, and the nslookup command on my computer has verified that the software is listening on the appropriate ports, that is TCP ports 10011 and 30033, as well as UDP port 9987. Traceroute commands connect to the server without trouble, and I have verified the the DNS records are correct with both No-IP, Cloudflare and Google's services. After this effort, with the server still remaining in an unusable condition, I decided to attempt a reinstall of the server software, to fully confirm that this was a networking issues, and not a software problem. However, even with a clean install of the Teamspeak server software, clients fail to connect. As mentioned previously, any computer that is connected to my home network can connect to the server without problem.

    My latest server log is:

    Code:

Which have not proved very helpful in diagnosing the problem. At this point, I'm afraid I am stumped, and so look to this forum for any help that they may be able to provide. I note, that whilst it is difficult to be sure, due to the lack of detail the user included, my problem is reminiscent of this thread: http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/1...o-my-ts-server

Any help would be gratefully received.

    hi

the port 10011 working and forwarding with no problem(i was able to connect to your query console)

this is an UDP problem that needs to be checked out

are you sure you opened UDP on your firewall to the destination ip? all of the settings you did on the router firewall etc... have you checked if the UDP protocol is enabled for it?

    Greetings Farhadhelix,

Thanks for your reply, I have verified the port forwarding for UDP is working, as I have tried running other services that use the protocol, and they have worked. I believe that my problem is likely on my ISP's end, as I use the same ISP as referred to in this: http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/1...-sky-customers post. I will be in contact with my ISP, and hopefully they will resolve my problem. In any case, thanks for your time and help.
