"Invalid license" is a strange term here. The message is the so called greylist, informing users that this servers was rented from someone who sells TeamSpeak servers without owning a license to sell them. It's more an "illegal business" a previous user of that IP address had.
If you rented a plain VPS and installed TeamSpeak yourself there, that's a false-positive and should be reported as hunterpl said. If those people are too slow, you may want to ask your hoster to change the IP and start the server from scratch at the same time. Do not connect to the server after the IP change before installing the server from scratch or Blacklist2 can greylist you again.

I would like to ask that you remove the Teamspeak with the IP removed from the Greylist because I did nothing and only hosted a root server from MC-Host24.de and then downloaded a teamspeak from the official Teamspeak.com site have. Then installed it and then came the report "This Teamspeak seems to have an invalid license". Have not had a license above. Have the server on 30.01.2018 brought and installed on 31.01.2018 the Teamspeak.

I helped some friends to have their TS3 in a VPS.. the problem is that a my friend sent to me a cracked licence and i didn't know that... now i have free licence but server is greylisted. Is there a way to exit this list?

Since yesterday, I get this message every time I log to my TeamSpeak and I don't know why ..
It says me that I don't have a valid license (http://prntscr.com/janque), but I don't even have any license (removed address) ..

How can I get unblacklisted ? (removed address)

Hi there. I would like to ask for your help! I run the latest version on my server (3.2.0) without a license (with 32 licenses for a factory license) as I expect the NPL. But at the time of connection, it warns me and everyone that the server is using an invalid license. I do not understand this all.

The server IP/Host is flagged.
There was some "not so legal" action.

Removing or replacing the license will not solve this issue. See post #2 more details.

My server has been greylisted I dont' know how much time I have for Blacklist but becasue you turned off the application for non profit license, I can't apply for Non-Profit license yet. What do I need to do I don't understand. My TeamSpeak3 server shouldn't shut it's very important for me. Can you please take my server off from greylist.

When connecting to my server the following message is displayed:

"You are connecting to a TeamSpeak server that seems to be using an invalid license.
If you are the owner of this server, please check with your TeamSpeak host provider to verify they are using a valid license for your server"

I and friends of mine rent a big server and have split it into VMs. I have a VM running Windows Server 2012. This is where the TS3 server is installed. The TS3 server has been hosted on the same VM for more than 6 years, and of these 6 years it has had a NPL for ... more than three? It's been a long time. The TS3 server is for our gaming community.

Today when connecting the above message displays. I don't know why this is, our use of (and my use/hosting) of the server has been in accordance with the NPL usage terms - I don't even let people donate money to me for the upkeep of the server, never mind operate as a commercial entity!
I've restarted the server to see if that fixes it, but it hasn't.

My only theory is this: the email address associated with the license is no longer active. Are there emails I've missed asking me to re-confirm my details? If so I haven't received them - could this have precipitated the greylisting?

Your server is on the greylist because someone who used your IP was reported and flagged.
It does not matter if there is an active license.

Thanks, I've emailed. This is really worrying, I've read in other posts that if this is not resolved then the TS3 server gets blacklisted completely.

The IP has been mine for ages, like, more than 6 years. IDK what's going on!
