Are you sure this happens for every user on the server?
How do they create a channel and which server version and operation sytem and version is this happening on.

So you the host or user's client does have connection problems.
The client got droped and the server just counted and prints how many resends he made to check if the client still replies.

That's not happens when the users create channels. I think is random...

Thinking the same, but can't say yet why this happens.
I know that we've changed some things in latest server 3.0.13.x for packages, but I don't know exactly how this fits here.

Our developer got informed and We/I wait for a reply to this.

So the problem is probably caused by the server, not by teamspeak?
Is strange, because the problem started after my intallation of the new version...
Do you have any suggest for me? Something to check?

You may watch ping and packet loss for a while when something like that repeats.

I've done the ping, and packet loss are 40-50% in that moments, sometimes 100%...

    Problem Resolved

Hello, in Teamspeak all was ok.
The reason of the problem was DDos attack to my Server and that created the server crash.
I resolved the problem with Iptables, and I've found online an easy solution not ok for the server with a great traffic.

    Edit /etc/sysctl.conf
    net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_tcp_timeout_syn_recv=30

    new chains
    create new chains

    New Rule
    iptables -N syn-flood

    Syn flood limit
    iptables -A syn-flood -m limit --limit 10/second --limit-burst 50 -j RETURN

    iptables -A syn-flood -j LOG --log-prefix "SYN flood: "

    iptables -A syn-flood -j DROP
    Thank you support!

Dropping client x because of resend timeout

    Hello!
Sorry if this is a wrong section and i do have searched alot i couldn't fins an answer for the issue i have.

    --
so 4-5 weeks a go i installed latest teamspeak 3 server on our website Hellshammers.net which is hosted on bluehost.com
Everything was fine until a couple days ago the server started to lose connection on users or whatever the issue is, everyone gets disconnected on our teamspeak and then reconnecting automatically in 5-7 seconds

checking the log files there are a lot of this error lines

    2016-11-26 13:38:03.977876|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 22 because of ping timeout 19 0 0
    2016-11-26 13:54:04.949711|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Cleaning up connection because of 10 resends of COMMAND packet
    2016-11-26 13:54:04.949805|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 11 because of resend timeout
Does anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it?

    to add more information
Our website and The server location is in US while we are mostly in EU
could be possible because of that? but as i said it was totally fine first 4-5 weeks hosting on our own website

Clients Dropping connection (At the same time)

Hi, recently i updated my teamspeak server to version: 3.0.13.6 (os: Debian; Self-Hosted on a dedicated PC; Internet Specs: 200down 15up), and today i noticed myself and another person drop connection at the same time (there were only 2 of us on at the time), so i checked the logs and seen:
    Code:
    2016-12-07 18:37:54.436264|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Cleaning up connection because of 14 resends of COMMAND packet
    2016-12-07 18:37:54.436375|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 5 because of resend timeout
    and

    Code:
    2016-12-07 18:37:56.040707|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 1 because of ping timeout 19 0 0
anyone know why this is happening? Keep in mind this didn't happen before i updated.
Any help is appreciated and i have attached the logs.
