Error with TS3 Version 3.0.19.4 (My entire client reset)

So today I was talking to my friend on TS3 (btw I already emailed TS3) Then I disconnected and I couldnt reconnect. Also at the same time I was getting something saying I had to bind or do something with my TS3 to my Windows. So with the Bind thing I clicked I Agree then since I couldnt reconnect I restarted TS3. When I got back on everything reset, from my Theme to my entire User, my bookmarks were gone and everything. So since me and my friend were in a Military Group (A Steam group) we had server groups tagged on us, but when I reconnected everthing was gone, I started looking up this error but nothing came up. So I hope this can be solved basicly so I can get my stuff back, but also to help the TS3 Community. Yours Sincerely, Micah.

I have no clue why this happened.
Your explanation sounds like your client warned you that it could not write into the configuration file or the config files are broken.

Check if you have a settings.db and secrets.conf with created date older tah nyour accident.
    stored under %appdata%/TS3client.

In case the date is new, then you need a backup of bothj files or at least from the secrets.conf to get your identity back.
