    TS3 and the RasberryPI

Has anyone got TS3 to run on a raspberry PI or is their any plans to maybe have a striped down version that would run on the PI? That little thing would be a cheap dedicated computer to run a client on?

Ts3 server still doesn't support ARM CPUs

As already stated I would also love an arm server version.

I see following (dis)advantages for TS.

    Advantages:
    * Less people have to switch to mumble, because of this.
    * ARM cpus are getting more and more popular with tablets, smartphones, mini computers out there. Even Oracle is releasing Java versions for arm.
    * usually lower energy, if running the TS is the only purpose
    * cheap hardware
    * It would advertising teamspeak (e.g. for famous Raspberry Pi)

    Disadvantages:
    * Less people pay monthly money to rent a TS server, which means less money for TS, but you can even try to emulate x86 CPU to get it running with enough CPU power.
    * more maintenance for the different arm versions.
    * Maybe some extra code needed for arm or just compile it with the cflags -march=armv6 -mfpu=vfp -mfloat-abi=hard

    My hopes are still up

I need an ARM version of TS3 (Server!) too.
I would like to run it on a Synology DS411slim (Marvell Kirkwood ARMv5TE compliant (Feroceon® family)).

    Hi there!

I too would love to see TS3 for the synology systems. I have a DS109 and have tried uMurMur+Mumble but came to the conclusion that im a solid TS3 user

It would be awsome to see a pakage for my DS109 so we can be online on my TS3 server 24/7 and not only when my PC is on

    thank you!

An ARM version would be great.

At the moment the only way I've found around it is by using QEMU to emulate a complete OS as a x86 CPU, that then runs a TS3 server.
I haven't even manage to get that running, just seen the posts regarding it.

I would really like an ARM server for my raspberry pi. I had to switch to a Mumble server, but I still prefer TeamSpeak.

The last TS Team post was almost 7 months ago so obviously there's no new information on this topic, but is ARM implementation still (or was it ever) being seriously considered? A lot of people have said cross compiling for ARM is straightforward, and I'd love to have a TS3 server on my Beagle Bone!

The only reason I didn't buy a Rasp or a BB Black is because TS3 doesn't support it

Definiatly would go back to run TS3 for the guild instead of Mumble on my Synology DS213.
But I can imagine the request should come from the paying public hosters instead of the couple of us who are using the free edition for relatively small groups.

I need TS for a mod and would be very happy to run it on my Rasp.
Seems to me TS is bleeding users to other solutions with this.
