Ban list visual improvement

Combine ip and identity along with nickname used, the ban list seems unorganized.

Such combination exists already (afaik). But you need to add the ban manually for this.
Just do a right click on the tables. There you can enable what you want.

The 2 bans are needed, when you ban a user via right click.
An all in one ban would ignore the user when he change his nickname.

Why..

When you ban someone it should ban last know username, too hard to find the user. the ban menu shows the username.

This would be the all in one ban
IP AND Nickname AND UniqueID
If one of them would change, then it would not match the ban due the and logic and the user can rejoin by changing just the nickname.

Adding a third ban from client would be possible, but anyone else could not use the nickname anymore.
That's a disapprovement of the current ban system.
This is why we only add these 2 bans (IP & UID).

If you want to add the nickname, create or use a plugin if there is one or simply add the ban on your own or put it in the description of that ban
