Does anybody have any ideas what might cause the plugin_api_version to return a 0 or random string of numbers, instead of the api version?
We are migrating towards a new forum system located at community.teamspeak.com, as such this forum will become read-only on January 29, 2020

Does anybody have any ideas what might cause the plugin_api_version to return a 0 or random string of numbers, instead of the api version?

If a plugin fails to load at all (eg. missing dependency), the data displayed in your settings dialog is not correct.
Your client log might have some additional info.
