I just want to know where i can get some key's for new icons. Atm i have just one, its the icon from the Gamescom 2016.

You cannot. That badge is only for those that registered at GamesCom.
There are currently no additional badges available that you can redeem.

Registered 18/august/2016 but i have only one badge.

The Author Badge intended for those that actually create and publish addons through myTeamSpeak.
So unless you intend to create and publish addons through myTeamSpeak, there is no reason to register as developer.

Do you get the icon once your account is marked as developer or once your addon has been approved?

They want to do the latter, but currently are doing the first.

Then they fixed it, but not retroactively. I do have that badge, but I haven't submitted any addon, because you cannot submit stand-alone addons.

Indeed, I don't have the badge but have a developer account. I hope they allow stand-alone addons to be listed soon and still allow you to obtain the developer badge for it.
We fixed it and decided not to remove badges that user got already.
