DatabaseError file is encrypted or is not a database

Just tried to start up my server and got the following:

2016-12-13 02:55:09.969479|CRITICAL|ServerLibPriv | | Server() DatabaseError file is encrypted or is not a database
TeamSpeak 3 server started, for details please view the log file

    How can I fix this?

    Thank you,

As the message already says. Your database (ts3server.sqlitedb) could not be loaded.
The file itself is broken and does not have the requested SQLite format.

Does this even happen when you remove the database and start a fresh server?
In case it does, please send me such database in a private message.

When I remove the database it generated me a key and I get a new DB. I have sent the old one to you in a PM.

    Thank you,

Hmm the databse you've send me did start here (even when it is a copy while the server was running).
Does the new one work without problems?

Are you sure that you did overwrite all files and folders, when you did update to version 3.0.13.6 ?

I was able to get the database moved over to a windows machine and it is working but it keeps telling me:

bind failed on 69.89.23.199:30033; reason: The requested address is not valid in its context

Where can I remove that binding?

In your server.ini or start parameter.

[Debian] Moving a server from 32 bit squeeze to 64 bit jessie

    Hi,
    I’m new here.

I want to move my TS3 server from one v-server instance to another. The goal is to just stop the teamspeak server on the old one, start the one on the new one and I got an identical teamspeak3 server just reachable from another IP.
The data of the both servers are:
linux debian squeeze 6.0.2 32 bit
linux debian jessie 8.6 64 bit
On both instances there is the current teamspeak 3 server software 3.0.13.6 for their respective bit version.
    I copied the following files:
    ‘files’ directory
    black- and whitelist
    licence key
    ts3server_sqlitedb
    tsdns_settings.ini.sample in the ‘tsdns’ folder
If I try to start the ts3 server on the new server there is the following error:
    Code:
    |CRITICAL|ServerLibPriv | |Server() DatabaseError file is encrypted or is not a database
Do I get something completely wrong, is it about the different bit versions or did I just copied the wrong files?

I tried to google for my problem, but wasn’t able to find something, which is useful for me.
    Thanks,
    Max
