Client 3.1.x does not start (api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll)

when I run the TeamSpeak program, it wrote error api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing, i fixed this problem by reinstall Microsoft Visual C++, but now it writes 'error api-ms-win-crt-STRING-l1-1-0.dll.. i have tried some of the tutorials on Google / Youtube, but it has not helped yet.

I just refreshed my laptop last night and now when i tried to install ts it gives me this error the program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing (i did this multiple times many ways even from your own site please help.)

I want to say that before I started getting this error message (0xc0000142) it was saying that some of the .dll files were missing. For example one of those errors was: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". Every time I put the missing .dll file in the system32 folder, I get another message saying that I am missing another one of those .dll files. I've put them all in that system32 folder and after everything now I get this error in the title.

Can someone help please. I have tried reinstalling the application, tried reinstalling the visual c++ but nothing yet.

Could be anything when you had to add these DLL's manually to your system already.
Sounds like your System is broken or main DLL's are missing already or your system is outdated or updates are missing.

You may read Microsoft's answer to this error message.

When i open ts3-instalation.exe i have message "SERVICE PACK 1 NEED"

When i complete installation then want open teamspeak3 client i get "systemerror"

The described above is not a TeamSpeak problem.
Just follow what was said on the attached IMAGE and uninstall visual c++ 2015 (x86) and then try to install it again.
