It seems that the latest Windows updates aren't installed on your system.
The required update KB2999226 is missing or broken.

Possible solution:
- Install the latest Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 updates for your system. You don't have to install optional updates.
- Try to download and install the right "Visual C++ Redistributable" again and please reboot after setup.
Our download:

Official download from Microsoft:
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit)
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (32-bit)

(api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer) I dont know why this is haoening and i hope you can fix it as soon as possible. Thanks.
I recently updated my teampspeak to the newest version, and it just stopped working, and every time I try to open it, an error message appears saying that "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" is missing in my computer, the message says that if I reinstall the program, it will work, but I've already tried that. Does anyone know how to fix it?

You need to install windows updates, specifically your C runtime: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...ime-in-windows

Samething happened, to me, but wierder, was working, formated the pc, now its not, and the update wont install from the windows wont start
TS asked for updated when I logged in...
Did update and I could see it was doing a c runtime update..
Now TS won't run..
Deleted, uninstalled,
redownloaded... then it worked..
Next time I went to open it asked for update again.. updated completed..
now TS won't work again..
Seems to be a regular issue with TS over the years..
Not sure what to do..
I followed the instructions about universal C and I downloaded the version for my windows. And it says that its all ready installed.
I do recall seeing a visual C++ box when updating TS to 3.1 and in my programs and features.
A program microsoft C++ 2015 redistributable 14.0.23506

Also please note that when using the 32bit (x86) client on Win64, the x86 runtime is needed.
