    Hello everyone,

    the myTeamSpeak Support told me as a response to my ticket that with GamesCom around the corner, addons will most likely start being reviewed again at the end of this month.

    Update Pending Addon

    Hello,

    I have a problem, I have uploaded an icon pack on 2018-08-09 and to this day it still says REVIEW in the status, it also says Update Pending.
    Is this my problem or are they taking too long to review it? In case of it being my problem, how can I fix it?

    Yes because there's only one person who check the add-ons so wait 'till middle or end september.

    Teamspeak's team isn't so big as I thought (like I see) and they don't even search more supporters/moderators (only developers positions available)
    there are still supporters on that support-desk (and our forum-hero dante) but I don't see any other teammates further so...

    I think 3addons are uploaded everyday on myteamspeak (for exemple), that's too much for only 1person :/ But I'm surprise how teamspeak is so good and it has a small team (#dante is our forum-hero)

    3 Addons per day would be great!
    It's more and 90-99% have to be sorted out.

    It would be pretty nice if statistics could be added to myTS, not only personal ones like 'Number of Downloads' for Add-Ons which would help estimating popularity/need for improvement, just to name one example, but also general ones, like 'Add-Ons approved', 'Add-On queued', 'Add-Ons rejected', 'Estimated approval time', etc.

    Yes & maybe official guildlines too because most of rejects are reasons like "Referenced files are missing.", "Additional files in package.", "Invalid package structure.", "Cannot be installed." etc... and people have no idea what they did wrong because there are no guildlines.
