Icons and Avatars not visible to Windows user

    Hello Teamspeak support,
I have run into some sort of problem or bug because all Icons and avatars I upload with my macbook are not visible to windows users since the update.

    Regards
    Piltz

Are all users using client 3.1.0.1 and is the server running on 3.0.13.6?
Do they get errors and do you host the server?

Users with the version 3.1.0.1 and 3.0.19.4 can't see the icons or avatar. The server is on 3.0.13.6 from a official provider.

I wanted to know if they (the windows users) do get errors.
I think they get some like invalid format or something similar.

    What error do they get?
Please post at least one example of such error.

Ask one Windows user what error he get's in server chat or in his client log.

They get no errors at all not in the chat or in the client log.

We have no clue how your situation is possible when nobody does get any error at all.
There must be at least one error for the user who can not see the image.

Can you please attach an example image in a zip container?

Posting IP:Port (or maybe by PM) would help as well.

I've been experiencing issues with some JPEG avatars created with Affinity Designer/Photo. I was able to see those images on macOS, but not on a Windows machine. This seems to be an issue with the Qt image format lib. Can you please upload the avatar you're using somewhere (e.g. Dropbox, webserver) so we can validate if this is the case for your image?

Sorry that i reply so late, here is the link to the avatar https://www.dropbox.com/s/omeah68ual..._4226.jpg?dl=0 but it also effects .png files I use for icons. Here is my TS IP: 46.20.46.84:10114 if u want to have a look.

I speak German and English fluently.

Files have 0 bytes in size, because uploading fails for whatever reason. However, nothing in logs or chat. Uploads to channels do work, downloads of avatars work as well for him. Icons don't work either.
That's what I found out, for the rest, it's your turn now, TeamSpeak.

ClientUI Info Received empty avatar, skipping
ClientUI Info Request already running, aborting avatar request

That is in the client log of a windows user when he tries to load my avatar.
