    3.1 Client Crash on start

    Hallo
    i tried to update to the last client but every time when i try to start the client he crashed.
    Where can i find the crash protokol or some loge files to figure out what is wrong??

    Do you get a crash report message?

    Does the client beta 3.1.1 work?

    Hallo dante696,

    i make a little video. Now i installed the Beta TS3 but i got the same issue.

    When i uninstall the new TS3 Client and use the old TS3 there is no problem. But still the question, where can i get the log or crash dump file??

    You crash reports are stored here %appdata%/TS3client/crashdump

    Would be nice when you attach the latest zip file.

    Crashes in intel driver, coming out of tv_32, which is TeamViewer. Try current Beta version of the TeamSpeak Client and, if that doesn't work, please provide dxdiag output.
    May also have to disable some TeamViewer options that cause TeamViewer to inject itself into foreign processes.

    Hallo Chris,

    im already using the Beta Client from the link 3.1.1

    You talking about disable some TeamViewer options, thats NOT possible because i use the TeamViewer to connect a PC to install it for a blind friend.

    Just disable TeamViever's Quick connect Feature.
    This feature hooks into our software and causes these crashes.

    i just tried to install the 3.1.1 Client on a other pc via TeamViewer 12 latest version.
    No issue. Installed 100%

    On the pc with the issue i tried to deactivate the TeamViever's Quick connect Feature, but it dosent help. TS3 client 3.1.1 crash.
    I also add the ts3client_win32.exe in the TeamViever's Quick connect Feature but still the issue. Dammmmmmm

    Now i have tested a little bit. When i install the TS3 Client 3.1.0.1/3.1.1 and say that the config should be in the install folder and do NOT start the Client after install, but first put ONLY the settings.db from a OK running TS3 Client 3.1.0.1 into the config folder, then the client will start and also connect to my favorite server.
    BUT when i will go to the Options tab and change something in there the Client crash.
    All other tabs are working fine.

    Maybe it helps a little more to figure out what is wrong. Windows 7 Pro. is Up to Date. No more Updates available.
