    It's only available on Windows though.

    I have news this plugin not working to windows 7 only windows 10.Was tested in four different pc!

    You are using the ps3 and the xbox (not xbox 360 & xbox one) gamepad?
    Are there official drivers out there?

    My guess in case you use tools to run these gamepads:
    These tools generate software keys and these software keys are not supported in our hotkey system.

    I had hotkeys as well for muting the sound and mic, but it stopped working in the 3.1.1.1 build.
    I could still set the hotkeys, but they won't work afterwards.
    I went back to the 3.1.0.1 build now and it works perfectly fine.

    And which keys and keyboard have you used?
    Are you sure that the same hotkey profile is activated in your bookmark?
