The config may be stored in %appdata%/TS3client and you selected to load and store it from the path where client was installed to.
Install the client again and do not select to save configuration in program folder.

This should bring back your configurations.

Is it possible to transfer all of Teamspeak to a new computer?

Hi, I recently had to factory reset my computer due to a freezing issue caused by the power going out during a driver update. However, I was able to save all my files by going to safe mode and copy and pasting everything to spare drives. So my question is can I restore Teamspeak back to how it was before with the files I saved. I attempted to just copy and paste the "Teamspeak 3" and "Teamspeak 3 Client" in local appdata along with "TS3Client" in roaming appdate but it just started up looking and acting like a new Teamspeak. It didn't have any previous settings, plugins, bookmarks, etc.

Install the client again and choose to store configuration in user folder in case you saved and restored the configuration under %appdata%/TS3client.

Thank you very much! It looks like everything is back. Correct me if I am wrong but everything I needed should've been in the TS3Client folder. That's all I copied and everything seems to be good so far.

Yes, but you changed the path where the client should load and store that stuff, when you installed the client.
