Since there is no option on changing my email Address in "myteamspeak", please tell me which person I need to send my request to, to get my "myteamspeak" account deleted.

Make sure you send it from the email you also use on this account or else nobody can validate that you are the owner of the account.

But why do you want to delete your whole account for this?
I mean the email is only useful when you reset your password and this should not be a problem as long you know your password.

You mean the the client identity and not the myTeamSpeak ID.
A deletion or password change/reset won't help here when whoever stole your account still has a local backup of your client identity (not the myTS ID).
You need to make sure that this identity has no longer permissions on that server and you need to create and use a new one and inform anyone.

The myTeamSpeak ID can no longer be used by anyone who hasn't your password. Because his sessions gets invalidated.
