Only move users from lobby?

is it possible so anyone can move anyone but only from the lobby to thier current channel?

This should be possible with a channel permission i_client_needed_move_power of -1 in the lobby.
It's important, that the user who should be moved has no Skip in his server group or client permission activated.

There is a negative effect for this:
Every user will be able to move users into the lobby as long the lobby has no i_channel_needed_join_power set.
You have to add that permission in case you don't want that.
But from now on user only can join the lobby, when they connect to the server and the lobby is set as default channel on your server.
