Gamepad and Joystick Hotkey addon creates GB of excessive log entries

As title describes, the "Gamepad and Joystick Hotkey Support" addon rapidly creates new entries in log file at such a rate it could easily result in a gigabyte of data EVERY DAY, depending on your controller setup.

It took me a couple of days before I discovered it was this new addon that has been enabled by default being responsible for this excessive logging.

For example on my own system here I have a joystick and throttle, and the log files has 200 new lines appended EVERY SECOND. This results in roughly ~1 megabyte of data produced every minute. After a whole day of running teamspeak this file is easily 1GB.

Please dont respond with "It's a feature and it's supposed to be like this." It cannot be like this for every new installation (or updated client) out there. This addon should be disabled by default as it stands now, or logging needs to be reduced significantly. (Why are there no options for config of the logging in this addon?)

While typing this post here, today's log file has increased with 20 megabyte.
