    Check if client is blocked locally.

    Is it somehow possible to check if another client is blocked locally?

    You could check whether the client is locally muted, though that doesn't necessarily mean the client is blocked. It could also be that the client is blocked but not muted.
    The Plugin SDK doesn't offer a way to check directly for whether a client is blocked / in your contacts.
