I cant connect before and after I updated today. 4/6/17

So I am able to connect to all my other ts servers but this one I cant and I was just able to connect to it earlier in the morning. Here is what was listed in the messages when trying to connect. I didnt think I had to do anything with my ports or router because Im still able to join the other servers I normally join. Could it be a hosting problem or my end?

Looks like the TSDNS is pointing to the incorrect port, so instead of connecting to the teamspeak server, it's being refused there's no server on that port.
However, I just tried connecting, the DNS record now points to a different IP address that the one provided in your log (thanks for that), and I am wondering if this change means that your client should be able to connect now

So I managed to search up IP address where theres a possibility that my IP was Blacklisted and apparently, the host, wherever this TS is hosted, refused my login because of ping issues, anyway I think the owner actually messed with files he wasnt supposed to and didnt know he did.
