Hard drive failure resulting in corrupt DB file

So the Hard drive failed on my TS server yesterday.
I've been recovering files all morning.
But the most important file, the sqlitedb file, was corrupted.

I recovered it, but the first 76KB of the file is gone, due to a bad sector I guess.

Is there anything I can do?
I would guess the first bit would be a generic TS header, as a fresh one is 380KB or so, but I have not begun digging into the file itself.
I just know the server will not start with it so far.

Restore the corrupted database file from a backup. If you don't have a backup, start a fresh server. It's not possible to repair a database file where parts of it are missing or nulled.

This is the time to finally implement an automated daily backup, if you don't have one yet.
