    Cacti Monitoring for Teamspeak 3

I created a Teamspeak 3 monitoring script for cacti. "Cacti is a complete network graphing solution designed to harness the power of RRDTool's data storage and graphing functionality."

If you monitor your server(s) anyway and want your traffic and user statistics nicely graphed with a year-long history, this is for you.
Some cacti knowledge required, though. Cacti version 1.1.1 or higher required.

    1.0.4: fixed error logging
1.0.5: adjusted time to retry in case of connection failure
1.0.6: fixed out of memory on connection abort
1.1.0: changed data source type in the template from COUNTER to DERIVE to avoid spikes on server restart
