    Query Password wrong after reboot

    Hey guys,

at the moment I have the problem that my ranksystem can't login to the teamspeak server. The ranksystem log says that it is banned, the teamspeak log says that the password is wrong. How is that possible? Before the reboot everything worked well.

    Greetings,
    Excerial

The only explanations are 1. The password has been changed or 2. the password was not stored in the server database (maybe because your user could not write into the ts3server.sqlitedb).

Thank you for your reply. Can I check if anything you described happened?

For point 1: Change the password with start parameter serveradmin_password=passwordhere
Then stop and restart your server and check if password is still the same one.

For point 2: Simply check if any change like a channel name is the same after you stopped and started the server.

Point 1: The ranksystem is not using the serveradmin account. Can I change the password of another query user also like this?

Point 2: The changes are the same after a reboot.

There shouldn't be any other Query user.

There only should be user who own login to the Query interface. If you mean that, then the answer is no.
Only the user himself can set himself a new password.
