./ts3server: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string

Well, I can't start my TeamSpeak-Server. Or do anything else with it. Logs folder doesn't even exist.

    Code:
[email protected]:/opt/teamspeak# ./ts3server: 1: ./ts3server: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
ts3server.pid found, but no server running. Possibly your previously started server crashed
Please view the logfile for details.l

Which operation system is this and are you using the right server package for your system?
Why do oyu start your server as root? Please create and use a normal user for this.
