    Latency increase out of nowhere

I am posting this on behalf of a friend, since he is a non-English speaker.

It happens to him, that randomly the latency on TS (any server) goes up to 500 for 2-3 minutes and then falls back to normal.
This happens when he is playing games, but also when he is not doing anything. We tried a bunch of fixes, like query flush, re-install and others but nothing seems to work.
He is using Windows 7 (64-bit).

Do you have any suggestion ?

First advice: Learn English. That's important.

Check your network connection's status. Does the traffic increase significantly during the lags? Normal with just TeamSpeak should be some Kibibytes per second. If the traffic does increase, some software uses the computer and causes lag. This must be done with every computer on the network. If the traffic does not increase, change the ISP.
