Could you please run the attached qtdiag.exe and give us the output?
1. Open your client folder (C:/Users/Andy/AppData/Local/TeamSpeak 3 Client/)
2. Extract the qtdiag.exe from the attached qtdiag.zip
3. Copy that qtdiag.exe into the client folder
4. Press the keys Windows and R at the same time
5. Enter cmd and press OK
6. Open that qtdiag.exe via console with command "C:\Users\Andy\AppData\Local\TeamSpeak 3 Client\qtdiag.exe" (including both ")
You can also drag and drop the qtdiag.exe into that console and just press return
7. Press the keys CTRL and A and then make a right click in that console.
8. Create a text document and paste the text
9. Now you can upload this text document here in your next post.

I was using Teamspeak normally, but after formatting my computer this error started to appear. I don't know if the cause is because I installed Windows 10. Before formatting I used Windows 8.

You are using outdated and from windows unsupported operation system.
Windows 8 is dead like XP and Vista.
Windows 7, 8.1 & 10 are still supported.

No, the client ins't running on VMWare.
I'm using the same computer I have ever used, but this time I have installed Windows 10.
Do you have any idea if that can be a Driver that ins't installed, or something about it?
Something in the shown log is strange. It was created on a virtual machine or your graphics card drivers are wrong.
These confuse me and the developer.
Your graphics driver is from VMware (Dynamic GL LibGL Vendor: VMware, Inc.)
Your desktop resolution also looks like it is a window from a virtual machine ( Geometry: 1280x1024+0+0 Available: 1280x984+0+0)

The driver version 8.15.10.2697 was released Oct 2012 and has a bug with OpenGPL.
The version seems to be re-released as a stable version for Windows 10, but nothing was fixed there.

The only solution i can offer is to start the client with one of these parameters.
--force-opengl-desktop
--force-opengl-soft
--force-opengl-angle (this parameter is used by default, when no other parameter was set)
